The officers will check in with the client’s staff at the start of the shift for any new information or instructions.

• The officers will conduct random interior and exterior foot patrols of the client’s property, checking the property, parking lots, hallways, other common areas, and anywhere the client so desires.

• The officers will check for any physical damage or maintenance issues, and if any are found the officers will report them to the client’s staff.

• The officers will monitor for any suspicious or illegal activity as well as violations of the client’s rules or policies. The officers will contact any subjects violating any rules or laws and will report this activity to the client’s staff. In the event of violations of the law, Law Enforcement will also be notified.

• The officers will control access to the client’s property only allowing those subjects authorized access.

• The officers will assist Law Enforcement, Fire Department, and EMS personnel as requested by personnel of these agencies for any incidents that occur on the client’s property during the officer’s shift.

• The primary duty of an officer is to be a visual deterrent to prevent any illicit activity on the client’s property.
